What you'll do

• Provide proactive customer communication
• complete assigned equipment installation and repair activity
• diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment and truck/trailer systems
• follow technical and administrative processes and shop procedures
• close repair orders efficiently
• participate in OEM and other training programs as appropriate.
