This hands-on supervisor leads shipping and receiving operations and a team of seven or more, coordinating with production, carriers, and customer-facing teams to keep products moving accurately and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop shipping and receiving staff
• oversee warehouse personnel, stock movements, and inventory
• coordinate shipment priorities with Production
• manage freight carriers and logistics providers
• ensure shipping documentation and timely transportation
• establish inbound and outbound quality metrics and inspect received items
• complete ERP transactions and coordinate with Customer Success, Project Managers, and Planners.
