What you'll do

• Assist customers with interior design and product selection
• use design and store software to create layouts, quotes, orders, and invoices
• respond to inquiries about products, pricing, orders, and delivery or installation scheduling
• verify order details and obtain customer sign-off
• order products and address discrepancies, returns, and credits
• visit homes or job sites to measure and consult on layouts
• follow up through project completion and provide in-store support.
