What you'll do

• Greet patients and families
• prepare patients for exams and procedures, take vital signs, measure height and weight, and document medical history
• assist providers during examinations and procedures
• administer immunizations and medications as directed
• perform basic lab tests and collect specimens
• maintain clean exam rooms and equipment
• schedule appointments, manage follow-up, document in electronic health records, handle calls, and relay messages
• collaborate with staff and educate parents and guardians.
