Building Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and digital control systems. Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and major overhauls on facility systems and infrastructure, including plumbing, lighting, and HVAC. Diagnose and repair parking lot equipment, including programming parking controls. Operate machine-shop equipment and tools to fabricate parts
• source parts and manage requisitions. Perform snow removal as directed, follow safety and work rules, maintain departmental housekeeping, and keep the supervisor informed about progress and potential problems.
