Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Lead daily maintenance operations and coordinate planned shutdowns with production leadership
• assign priorities
• supervise, mentor, and cross-train technicians
• manage preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and work orders
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems
• analyze failures and implement root-cause solutions
• enforce safety standards
• partner with Quality and Food Safety on GMPs and SQF readiness
• oversee facility utilities
• manage spare parts, vendors, service contracts, budget, and performance metrics.
