Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee mechanics and maintenance staff
• enforce safety procedures and PPE requirements
• use CMMS to track work orders and KPIs
• analyze downtime, maintenance costs, and reliability metrics
• maintain preventive-maintenance records
• supervise equipment repairs and scheduled maintenance
• manage supplier relationships
• oversee parts inventory and cycle counts
• assist with troubleshooting pumps, valves, motors, mechanical systems, rollers, chains, bearings, and hydraulic or pneumatic systems
• implement reliability improvements and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements.
