What you'll do

• Lead Epic Prelude, Cadence, and Referrals implementations, enhancements, and workstreams
• manage project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• coordinate IT, clinical, operational, and Patient Access stakeholders
• support readiness, go-live planning, command center activities, and post-go-live stabilization
• provide project updates and escalate risks and decisions.
