• Lead hotel departments and the conference, banquet, catering, and restaurant operations
• manage revenue strategy, budgets, forecasts, labor, and expenses
• grow group, meeting, event, and restaurant business
• monitor guest satisfaction and operating results
• recruit, coach, and retain department leaders
• build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners.
