What you'll do

• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to taxpayers regarding delinquent property taxes
• use headsets and computer systems to retrieve and enter information
• meet production objectives
• maintain call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
• communicate with customers professionally. Bilingual ability and proficient typing are required
• high school diploma or equivalent is required.
