What you'll do

• Prepare yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items
• prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends as needed for production
• follow the buffet production system, Golden Corral recipes, and the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide
• maintain freshness, quality, portioning, and recipe yields
• assist guests with baked goods
• follow cleanliness standards and local health department laws.
