Account Representative

What you'll do

• Build and maintain customer relationships and provide customer service
• manually enter orders and respond to inquiries and concerns
• provide order status, expediting, delivery schedules, replacement needs, order holds, and backorder reports
• document activities and account notes in the CRM
• participate in customer calls to provide updates and answer questions
• perform other duties as requested by the Supply Chain Supervisor or Manager.
