What you'll do
- Supervise peer support staff and therapists
- provide individual and group supervision
- teach and reinforce evidence-based clinical services
- monitor performance and provide developmental feedback
- assess consumers’ trauma history, acuity, strengths, and needs
- administer behavioral health assessments and reassessments
- develop and monitor treatment plans
- provide individual, family, and group therapy
- coordinate referrals and collaborate with providers
- maintain clinical documentation
- provide after-hours crisis support by telephone
- travel as the position demands.
