What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• perform changeovers, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• maintain clean work areas and conduct sanitation audits
• perform quality checks on ingredients, products, and packaging
• record production data
• prepare production reports
• coordinate shift activities
• support team members and other plant areas
• participate in training, audits, and special assignments.

Why this role

The schedule is 12-hour shifts from 4:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on a 2-2-3 rotation, with every other weekend off. High school diploma or GED required; three years of manufacturing or related experience preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
