Membership Consultant

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to members, guests, and staff
• develop business relationships through self-generated and company-provided leads
• set appointments and present membership offerings
• obtain signed agreements to meet or exceed quotas
• maintain prospect information in the CRM
• support customer satisfaction and retention
• provide sales forecasts and activity metrics
• offer add-on memberships and promotional packages
• attend meetings, training, and coaching.
