Change Management Consultant IV

What you'll do

• Define and deliver change strategies, approaches, and plans across engagements
• manage change scope for large programs and projects, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, sponsorship, coaching, communications, training, and resistance management
• apply and customize Prosci methods and tools
• coach sponsors and internal team members
• integrate change management with project management and mitigation strategies
• develop organizational best practices
• establish success measures and monitoring across initiatives.
