What you'll do

• Prepare, file, and manage U.S. and international trademark, patent, and copyright applications and assignments
• track deadlines
• conduct IP searches and compile reports
• draft assignments and licensing agreements
• coordinate international filings with foreign counsel and agencies
• assist with enforcement matters
• organize litigation materials
• and perform court and agency e-filings.
