Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is onsite in Peoria, IL, with services also delivered in homes, schools, and community settings. Compensation is $68,000–$75,000 annually. The role supports Easterseals Central Illinois’ Applied Behavior Analysis program and its mission to help children with developmental delays, disabilities, and other special needs reach their potential. The BCBA evaluates children, develops and oversees individualized ABA treatment, and consults with families and interdisciplinary providers. The role also supervises treatment teams and ABA Apprentices, monitors progress and documentation, and adjusts programming to support children’s communication, social, and daily living skills.

What you'll do

• Assess clients and prepare treatment recommendations
• design, supervise, and adjust individualized ABA programs
• provide direct and consultative services in clinic, home, school, and community settings
• coach families and treatment teams
• review data, progress reports, and treatment plans
• create and implement Behavior Support Plans as appropriate
• collaborate with other providers
• supervise ABA Apprentices
• maintain compliant clinical documentation and coordinate service authorizations.
