What you'll do

• Provide tier-3 troubleshooting and support for SQL Server and SQL Cluster environments
• administer database solutions, backups, recovery, security, patching, upgrades, and high availability/disaster recovery
• manage change requests and incident tickets
• lead incident response and root cause analysis
• perform capacity planning and health monitoring
• maintain SQL scripts and automation
• provide weekly reports
• support cross-platform database interoperability.
