What you'll do

• Support design coordination, constructability review, project startup, logistics, and mobilization
• review drawings, specifications, and scope
• support budgeting and estimating
• coordinate subcontractor and vendor procurement and buyout
• develop schedules and monitor budgets and forecasts
• manage field teams and trade partners
• implement safety programs and quality controls
• manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and project records
• coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, municipalities, and ownership teams.
