Medication Technician

Job overview

The Medication Technician role is onsite in Bend, OR. Pay is $21–$27 per hour. The role supports residents at Newberry Estates Senior Living. The position supports resident health and daily living by managing and documenting medications, monitoring changes in condition, and assisting with personal care.

What you'll do

• Prepare, administer, and document medications according to policies, physician orders, and state regulations
• maintain medication records
• verify and update orders
• order, receive, and securely store medications
• maintain the medication room
• assist with activities of daily living
• record vital signs and report health changes
• provide first aid and wound care when necessary
• coordinate with outside healthcare professionals as directed.
