Desktop Support Technician II

Job overview

The Desktop Support Technician II role is onsite in Columbus, OH, with compensation of $17.25–$23 per hour. Compucom provides end-to-end IT managed services to businesses. As a first point of contact for technical support and service requests, the technician resolves basic onsite technology issues and helps maintain the day-to-day operation of applications and equipment. The role documents and tracks issues, keeps users informed, and escalates complex or high-priority problems to appropriate support groups.

• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures
