What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple popup, catering, and food truck sites
• serve as an escalation contact
• maintain client and partner relationships
• lead client calls and quarterly business reviews
• direct site planning and operations
• coach managers, supervisors, and hourly employees
• develop and enforce operating procedures
• coordinate vendor schedules, deliveries, staffing, and service logistics
• manage budgets, forecasts, inventory, labor, reporting, invoices, and P&L performance
• uphold food safety and workplace requirements
• travel between assigned service locations.
