What you'll do

• Lead, manage, and develop Hydro Blast operations and personnel
• plan and implement safety performance
• review estimates and approve bids in accordance with contracts and procurement processes
• plan, schedule, and coordinate projects
• authorize purchases under company policies and procedures
• ensure compliance with laws, regulations, industry standards, and company requirements
• communicate with customers, employees, management, and project teams
• maintain organizational systems and use computer systems for operations, reporting, and communication.
