Description

Works under minimal supervision assisting the Executive and Catering Chefs in preparation of daily menu, VIP meals, special events and the fully operational Coffee Bar. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:. Prepares menu dishes following established recipes. Use designated ingredients that meet production and quality standards.
