Caregiver Applicant Specialist (Chinese Bilingual)

The Caregiver Applicant Specialist (Chinese Bilingual) role is onsite in Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, New York, with a Saturday–Wednesday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. The role supports True Care’s home healthcare mission of providing personalized care that empowers health and enriches lives. Working with the HHA Recruitment team, the specialist guides selected caregivers through application and onboarding steps, processes applications, and follows up on pending items. The role helps applicants complete required documentation and supports caregiver enrollment, retention, and referral growth while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

What you'll do

• Guide selected caregivers in submitting required work and medical documentation by phone and in person
• greet and screen applicants during orientation and provide required paperwork
• follow up on missed orientations and verify attendance
• assist with document formatting
• complete intake, enrollment, and ongoing application monitoring
• coordinate with staff
• participate in orientations and in-service sessions
• maintain HIPAA compliance.
