The Inventory Control Specialist — Weekday Overnight role is onsite in Mesa, AZ, with stated compensation of $22–$25 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift differential. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM. The role supports Strive Pharmacy, a personalized compounding pharmacy focused on individualized care. The specialist performs hands-on inventory operations to keep pharmaceutical supplies accurate, organized, and available. Through receiving, restocking, counts, audits, and discrepancy reporting, the role supports pharmacy operations and helps maintain compliant, efficient workflows.

What you'll do

• Restock, receive, label, and organize pharmaceutical supplies
• assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical stock reconciliations
• identify and report discrepancies and follow corrective actions
• comply with workflow policies and quality standards
• assist pharmacists, leadership, and operational departments with inventory requests
• maintain clean, organized, safe, and compliant work areas.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of inventory control, warehouse, stockroom, or related experience, and a valid driver’s license with ability to operate a box truck for inter-site travel. Forklift certification is highly preferred.
