What you'll do

• Supervise banquet associates
• review event orders and room setups
• conduct pre-shift meetings and assign responsibilities
• oversee food and beverage service and banquet bar operations
• manage liquor controls and inventory
• post checks and verify billing documents
• coordinate with Sales, Culinary, Front Office, and Hotel Operations
• address guest concerns
• assist with setup and breakdown
• train associates and follow food-safety requirements.
