What you'll do

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, plumbing checks, lighting replacement, and equipment inspections.
• Repair minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and service requests.
• Identify and report larger repair needs or safety concerns.
