Portfolio Manager, Industrial Properties — Hybrid

What you'll do

• Ensure property management complies with policies, regulations, and lease obligations
• bid and manage vendor contracts
• inspect properties
• assist with budgets, CAM reconciliations, rent rolls, collections, and reporting
• coordinate tenant needs, move-ins, move-outs, and improvements
• support acquisitions and dispositions
• track environmental issues and compliance.
