Senior Development Director — Affordable Housing

What you'll do

• Work with regional leadership and affiliates on development strategy
• build relationships with stakeholders
• research housing policy, funding, and market trends
• source land and recommend sites
• lead due diligence, design, permitting, financial analysis, entitlements, funding applications, and RFP/RFQ responses
• manage construction and funding draws
• guide transition from development to operations.

Why this role

Affordable housing real estate development and housing finance experience required; a bachelor's degree is required, with a graduate degree preferred. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional weekends.
