What you'll do

• Provide psychosocial assessments of patients and families.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families.
• Provide therapy through face-to-face sessions, via tele-medicine, or telephone conferencing.
• Manage individual patients as part of a population health strategy.
• Collaborate with social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists and other appropriate treatment team members.
• Maintain knowledge of external resources.
• Manage department appointment schedules.
• Ensure timely, legible, and efficient patient care documentation.
• Perform all required data collection.
• Participate in clinical supervision.
• Maintain current licensure and continuing education.
• Participate in departmental and outpatient Psychiatry meetings.
