Grill Cook

Job overview

The Grill Cook role is onsite in Farragut, TN; compensation is $18 per hour. The role supports CAVA’s restaurant teams in preparing quality food and creating a positive guest experience. The cook prepares food in an open kitchen by following recipes and procedures, maintaining food safety and quality, and keeping the station stocked and organized. The role also supports smooth restaurant operations by putting away deliveries and cross-training across restaurant stations.

What you'll do

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• restock and clean cook stations
• put deliveries away
• cross-train across the restaurant
• assist with additional assigned duties
• stand or walk for an entire shift and may lift up to 50 pounds.
