Senior Test Manager

The Senior Test Manager role is onsite in Richardson, TX. Compensation is $65 per hour. The position supports a large-scale One Browser Initiative to standardize the organization on Microsoft Edge and support related technology transformation efforts. The role establishes enterprise testing, validation, certification, and readiness practices for a phased application migration. It coordinates application and technology stakeholders, tracks evidence and readiness, and informs pilot and deployment decisions so that applications are validated for the target environment.

What you'll do

• Develop the overall testing and validation strategy
• define workstreams, scope, risks, dependencies, and success criteria
• establish testing governance and readiness criteria
• define application validation, evidence, certification, and sign-off requirements
• monitor certification status and readiness metrics
• coordinate application, product, EUC, infrastructure, security, network, and project teams
• facilitate planning workshops and readiness reviews
• define validation for the target-state Azure Virtual Desktop environment
• develop cross-browser testing strategy
• establish readiness dashboards and reporting
• support Go/No-Go decisions for pilots and deployment waves.
