This individual-contributor role develops long-term vendor strategies and leads complex technology and software negotiations. It supports business goals by advising stakeholders, improving procure-to-pay workflows with AI and automation, and managing supplier performance, contracts, and commercial terms.

What you'll do

• Advise executive and cross-functional stakeholders on procurement strategy, supplier intelligence, market trends, and risk mitigation
• develop long-term vendor strategies and conduct portfolio reviews
• lead supplier quarterly business reviews and establish KPIs
• use AI and automation to streamline research, contract analysis, spend analytics, and administrative workflows
• improve the procure-to-pay cycle
• negotiate global supplier contracts for SaaS, cloud, software, and professional services
• partner with Legal, Security, and Finance on contract terms
• manage contracting and spend workflows using P2P and CLM tools
• assist with procurement process and system improvements.
