What you'll do

• Lead the plant maintenance team
• oversee milling and production systems, local IT, OT, and PLC systems
• maintain engineering documentation
• investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• manage CMMS and Asset Care programs
• oversee utilities, safety systems, regulatory compliance, stockroom, and spare-parts purchasing
• plan and execute capital projects
• mentor staff and collaborate with quality, production, and warehouse/logistics teams.
