The Licensed Clinical Therapist — Pain Psychology role is onsite in Walnut Creek, CA, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. The stated salary is $115,000–$135,000 per year for LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC credentials. The therapist works with the pain management team and outpatient pain clinic. The role provides psychological care to injured workers experiencing pain-related concerns and supports treatment planning and clinical improvement. Individual therapy, group and psychoeducational services, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team contribute to coordinated care.

What you'll do

• Provide individual therapy to adult outpatient pain-clinic clients
• lead weekly psychoeducational classes for the Functional Restoration Program
• provide brief therapy and evaluate client progress in the program
• assess clients and develop treatment plans
• provide pain-psychology care
• refer clients to other clinic modalities as needed
• document care in the electronic medical record
• comply with legal and ethical standards.
