What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
• administer medications, IV therapy, nutrition support, and treatments
• develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• conduct assessments and participate in care conferences
• support mobility and activities of daily living
• educate residents and families
• uphold resident rights, confidentiality, and infection control
• respond to emergencies
• collaborate with care staff
• provide clinical supervision to LPNs and CNAs.

Why this role

Requires an associate degree in nursing, graduation from an accredited nursing program, active North Carolina or compact-state registration, and current CPR certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days. Long-term care or assisted-living experience is preferred.
