What you'll do

• Provide front-line client service by phone, online, and in person
• maintain client and third-party relationships
• explain basic policies and processes
• help identify and prevent fraud
• assist the sales team with product and delivery options
• service loan renewals and transactions
• coordinate and review documents needed for lien positions
• ensure transactions follow policy and compliance guidelines
• process receipts, disbursements, and account maintenance
• research and resolve transaction issues
• provide office coverage and coordinate events and administrative duties.
