The superintendent leads daily field execution from mobilization through turnover, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining schedule, quality, safety, and documentation standards. The role keeps project work aligned with plans and supports reliable delivery for owners and the broader project team.

What you'll do

• Manage daily site operations, logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor work zones
• maintain look-ahead schedules and daily Procore reports
• coordinate materials and site readiness
• direct subcontractors and conduct coordination meetings
• monitor production and schedule risks
• enforce quality and safety requirements
• coordinate inspections
• maintain construction documents and as-built records
• escalate risks and manage punch lists, closeout, and turnover.
