What you'll do

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and incontinence care
• serve or prepare meals according to specific diets
• perform essential household services for in-home participants
• assist with group activities and outings
• obtain vital signs and weights as directed
• handle oxygen equipment as assigned
• report changes in status
• document services and observations
• assist with medication self-administration in the home according to the plan of care
• participate in the stated on-call rotation for home care on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
