What you'll do

• Advise the CEO and senior leadership on workforce sustainability, succession planning, and organizational design
• support board reporting on workforce metrics and compliance
• develop recruitment strategies
• strengthen onboarding, retention, and engagement
• oversee leadership development and performance management
• ensure employment-law and regulatory compliance
• manage employee relations
• support compensation strategy, benefits, wellness, and workforce resilience
• lead culture-building initiatives
• use workforce data to inform strategy
• oversee HR systems, payroll coordination, credential tracking, background checks, certifications, and training
• manage the HR department budget and staff.
