The Security Officer – Evening Shift, Unarmed Patrol role is onsite in Bethesda, MD. Pay is $23.50 per hour. The officer serves hotel and resort guests and staff while supporting Allied Universal’s security and facility services work. The role helps safeguard people and property through visible patrols, access-control support, customer service, and professional responses to concerns. Accurate incident and patrol documentation helps site leadership maintain awareness and follow established procedures.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations and escalate as appropriate
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, parking facilities, service corridors, and perimeter
• monitor access points and support visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures
• document incidents, observations, and patrols accurately.
