What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• support transactions involving transport, network infrastructure, data centers, and backhaul
• collaborate on telecommunications compliance, privacy, data security, and service commitments
• advise on contract interpretation, commercial risk, and dispute avoidance
• maintain contracting playbooks, templates, policies, and procedures
• use legal AI tools to streamline review and risk analysis.
