The Equipment Operator / Driver II is an onsite role based in Lakeland, FL, with competitive pay and benefits. The role exists to ensure the safe and proper execution of industrial cleaning jobs. The operator is responsible for supervising single-task crews, operating specialized vacuum and hydroblasting equipment, and maintaining compliance with safety policies and DOT regulations at client sites.

What you'll do

• Act as safety representative.
• Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment.
• Operate Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Direct a crew of vacuum technicians.
• Transport equipment and personnel.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and driver logs.
