What you'll do

• Transport youth and families to visits, appointments, schools, and case-related activities
• supervise family and sibling visits
• maintain timely and objective visitation notes and case documentation
• coordinate schedules and appointments
• support visitation plans and case-related services
• complete agency and Department documentation
• maintain confidentiality
• follow transportation safety and state guidelines
• travel frequently throughout the service area.
