What you'll do

- create provider schedules and facility coverage
- maintain call rotations, PTO tracking, and backup coverage plans
- optimize geographic routing
- coordinate clinician onboarding, credentialing, and access
- monitor operational and care KPIs
- review performance with Regional Clinical Directors
- support quality measures and care-gap closure
- manage regional expenses, payroll, CME tracking, reimbursements, and supply orders
- support budgets and cost controls
- collaborate with clinicians, schedulers, analytics teams, and leadership.
