What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for financial advisors and advisor teams locally and nationally
• source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• build relationships with passive candidates
• partner with leadership on hiring objectives
• screen candidates for experience, production history, and cultural fit
• communicate the firm’s value proposition and transition opportunities
• maintain ATS records and recruiting reports
• coordinate interviews, onboarding, and offer negotiations
• attend industry events and support recruitment marketing.
