What you'll do

• Prepare food items as ordered
• follow food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
• weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
• prepare meat, fish, vegetables, and other foods
• review assignments with a supervisor and plan for anticipated demand
• follow state and local health codes
• maintain tools, equipment, and supplies
• prepare and maintain the line and par levels for the current menu.
