The Speech Therapist (Clinical Fellow) role is an onsite position located in Colorado Springs, CO, with a pay rate of $41.00/hour. Powerback Rehabilitation is a leader in therapy services, dedicated to helping older adults stay active and thrive through personalized care. This role exists to provide essential speech-language pathology services under the supervision of an ASHA-certified mentor. The therapist will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication abilities, contributing to the overall rehabilitation goals of the facility.

What you'll do

• Complete a 36-week Clinical Fellowship under supervision
• perform patient screenings, evaluations, and assessments
• develop and implement individualized speech-language pathology treatment plans
• coordinate with the rehabilitation team
• maintain accurate documentation
• provide patient and caregiver education
• ensure a safe environment
• and maintain therapy equipment.
